My plan is to walk outside with Molly at least 15 minutes a day (or maybe 30 minutes every other day). About two months ago I put in my daily schedule to "work out" 15 minutes a day. I think I worked out a total of 45 minutes in the past two months. I don't think the treadmill and I get along that well and the girls won't let me do the exercise shows I recorded. SO... if the weather works out for me I think walking outside is a good plan (Molly likes looking up at the BIG TREES from her stroller).
Who knows what will happen when it gets too hot, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
